Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason or if they were broken upon arrival please contact us to arrange for a swap or a refund.  Products that are scratched, marked up or broken from usage may or may not be returned on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to ask the person you speak with on the phone or via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
