The Bicycle Fitting System Manual is "the" Technical Guide for Bike Fitters, at any level of expertise. Originally published in 1997, it was the first Manual that dealt with bike fit from the front view (Z-plane).
The Manual is a three ringed binder with over 10 chapters dedicated to all aspects of the sport - Road, Mountain, Track, Time Trial/Triathlon and indoor group cycling. Cleat placement, saddle placement, stem/handlebar placement and Time Trial/Triathlon positioning are all covered. John Cobb contributed to the manual and Dr. Andrew Pruitt and Dr. Robert Mohr assisted in editing.
The Manual is a standard component in the BikeFit Bicycle Fitting System™
